Michelin-starred restaurants in 2023: here’s the full list

The city of Toledo has been the shining place of new restaurants awarded the Michelin star by the French guide. After several challenging years for Spanish gastronomy, this 2022 has been a year of growth and revival for catering businesses in Spain.

The Michelin Guide has updated its content by 2023, and Spain will have 13 restaurants with three Michelin stars, 3 new restaurants with two Michelin stars and 29 new restaurants with one Michelin star. After two vacant years with the highest award, this year Spain once again has two three-star restaurants.

Atrio and Cocina Hermanos Torres are included in the gastronomic Olympusat an endless and not very dynamic gala in the sky of three Michelin stars, where the surprise factor is notable for its absence.
